We are generously hosted by the Anchorage UU Fellowship (Unitarians)
2824 E. 18th Ave (several blocks south of Alaska Regional Hospital).
Time:
Every Sunday at 4pm
Those in attendance are invited to stay for fellowship, tea and snacks. This usually starts at 5:00 and is over by 6:00 or earlier.
Children's Meeting:
Usually occurs on the second Sunday of the month. Parents are invited to either join the children's program or to relax in meeting for worship upstairs while trained members facilitate the children's program.
Meeting for Business:
Usually occurs on the third Sunday of the month following a shortened Meeting for Worship. It starts at 4:45pm. The date of Meeting for Business can be changed or canceled depending on the need to conduct business. Please check our calendar.
Quaker Discussion/Bible Study Periodic discussion groups (usually held in a Friend's home) examine Quaker history, Bible and other writings, ideas and practice and its value and relevance in today's world. These insights along with questions and comments, with ample time for quiet reflection, can provide occasion for spiritual growth.
